John Dedrick Memorial Northland Invitational
The Northland Invitational is an invitational with various hosts, and was hosted by Oak Park High School. Oak Park's Northland was renamed the John Dedrick Memorial Northland Invitational in memory of a science teacher who recently passed away at their school. It was hosted on 26 January of the 2018-2019 season.
Pembroke Hill Invitational
The Pembroke Hill Invitational was hosted by the Pembroke Hill School on 30 March. It was originally scheduled for 12 January of the 2018-2019 season. It was postponed to 19 January due to safety concerns regarding snow, and once again to 30 March. Strangely enough, it also ended up snowing on that day, albeit without any issues. The State team had been decided by that point, and attendance was not mandatory,so turnout was low. It was the last invitational attended by BVN during the 2018-2019 season.

In addition, any individuals (or partners) who place 1st at Regionals are allowed to compete at State, even if their team as a whole does not qualify, albeit their scores do not count towards the final rankings.
